Dear Sybille,
Josef Paul Kleihues was one of the organisers
of the Berlin International Bauausstellung in
1986. He reduced the project of contemporary
architecture altogether to what he termed
"a Critical Reconstruction of the European City"
I still remember the impression the Kant Dreieck
tower left on me when we saw it as we passed
by on your motorbike.
