Querida Cristina,

Esta es una imagen del famoso Garage Renault en
París donde Auguste Perret fundió magistralmente
estructura y forma. El interior de este edificio comercial
vino estrictamente configurado por las dimensiones
del automóvil de la época, aunque es también reconocible
un cierto ambiente sagrado como de iglesia iluminada
cenitalmente. La maestría de Perret como hábil ingeniero
a la vez que creativo e intuitivo arquitecto es manifiesta
en ésta temprana obra maestra de la arquitectura
moderna.

Dear Karla,

The little church of Sainte Thérèse in Montmagny was
a smaller replica of the well-known Notre-Dame du Raincy
also built a few years earlier by Ausguste Perret.
Perret believed that "Technique, spoken in poetry, brings us
to Architecture".
