The Colonnade Bridge aka Glass Bridge is a functionalist
roofed bridge and an extraordinary architectural work. It
was built in 1932 to connect the town of Piestany and the
spa island and includes small shops located at both ends.
This unique roofed bridge has also glass-covered wall
protection against strong wind along one of its sides.
