1852. Reus. Esglèsia de Sant Bernat Calbó
















Querida Cristina,

La interesante iglesia de San Bernardo Calbó se
construyó en 1957 y fué demolida en 2017 debido
a un alarmante patología de carbonatación. Su
arquitecto, Josep Soteras es autor también de la
Iglesia de Santa Tecla, edificio neorracionalista en
la avenida de Madrid de Barcelona.

Australian architect and olympic alpine skier Barry 
Patten designed Myer Music Bowl, a structure included 
on the Victorian Heritage Register. He also designed 
the BHO house and the Victoria State Government 
Offices.

San Franciscan architect Timothy
L. Pflueger was one of the most
prominent and influential local
architect in the city in the first half
of the twentieth century. Besides this
Medical dental building in Neo-Mayan
style he was the author of buildings like
The Stock Exchange, Roosevelt Middle
School, or the Telephone Building.

The building for the National Museum of Iceland 
was originally built as a warehouse that included 
some office space. It was one of the largest 
building in Iceland and it was designed by one of 
the most influential modern architects in the 
country in functionalist style.
