de Tokyo fechada el mismo año que fue demolido.
El hotel, construido por Frank Lloyd Wright en 1923,
había resistido un grave terremoto poco después de

Cuando viajé desde Kouvola hasta Imatra me detuve
en Lappeenranta para visitar la impresionante
iglesia de Lauritsala, dedicada a San Lorenzo.
En 1969 el arquitecto Korhonen y el todavía estudiante
de arquitectura Laapotti diseñaron juntos esta iglesia
moderna que ahora está inscrita en el registro de
patrimonio construido finés.
