Dear Richard,
The church in Vouksenniska is a building in which
Aalto continued exploring the new asymmetrical
forms introduced by him a few years earlier in the
House of Culture of Helsinki. This church is however highly acknowledged for its functionality and
versatility, since it allows for three separate independent spaces, with the ability to unify them into a large one when needed.
